Fees

Fees (tax-included)

  Registration Period
1st Nov 2024 ~ 31st Jan 2025
IEC Registration (required) 60,000 JPY (Approx. 400USD)
Optional Tour (Half-day in Tokyo) 15,000 JPY (Approx. 100USD)


Change of registration details / Cancellation of participation: Until 17th of January, 2025, 23:59 JST
 

How to Register
　

1. Click the 'New Registration' button to open the online registration form.
2. Fill in the online form and select your payment method on 'My Page'.
　 You can pay the fees by bank transfer or credit card (see below).
3. After selecting your payment method, please complete the payment process.
4. Once you have completed the payment, your registration will be confirmed as complete.
5. The link to accommodation booking with rates exclusive to IEC 2025 can be accessed on the "My Page" of the registration website after you complete online registration.

Payment Method
Payment of fees (JPY) can be made as follows:

1. Credit Card: Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, Diners Club
2. Overseas bank transfer

Cancellation Policy
The paid fees will not be refunded for any reasons after 17th of January 2025.

Invitation Letter for Visa
If you need a visa to enter Japan, we strongly recommend that you complete the necessary procedures with the Japanese Embassy at least one month prior to your trip. To apply for a visa, you will need a letter of invitation from the organizer. To receive an invitation letter, please complete the registration process and payment on this page by January 5, 2025.
