This year, you have the option to attend either in person at the venue or online.

II.  PARTICIPATION FORMAT

There are two ways to participate: in person or online.

  • If you registered for in-person participation, you may also join online.
  • However, if you registered for online participation, you cannot attend in person.

If you wish to switch between in-person and online participation before the registration deadline, please use the link on the right side of the screen or click the “Cancel/Change Here” link on your My Page.

Note:
If a refund is issued, any applicable bank transfer fees will be charged to the participant.

[In-Person Participation]

  • General Public: ¥19,000
  • Students: ¥3,000
  • Invited Guests: Free

Note: The reception is available only to participants attending at the physical venue.

※ Applications may close earlier if capacity is reached. If you wish to participate, we recommend applying as soon as possible.

※ If cancellations occur for the social gathering, we may open additional spots for new applicants.

Changes
To make changes or cancel your application, please complete the procedure from the link on your Registration Page.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted until Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 23:59
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after November 6, 2025, including no-shows.



Registration Procedure


※ Your application will be considered complete once payment has been successfully processed.
Before proceeding, please take a moment to review the “Important Notes Before Applying” located at the top right of the screen.
Once you have read the notes, kindly click the “Apply Here” button below to continue to the registration page.
  • After entering the required information and completing registration, a four-digit reference number will be issued.
  • If your payment amount is ¥0, your application will be considered complete at  “② Issuance of Application Number”
    ※ For your records, please take a screenshot or make a note of your application number at this stage.
  • Upon completion of your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
    Please check your inbox to ensure that you have received this email.
   ※ Please note:  Due to the security settings of your email server, you may not receive the registration confirmation email.
                                               If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.  
                                               If the email is still not found, kindly contact the person in charge listed below.
