Fees

■Registration Fees
　All fees are in Japanese Yen (JPY).　

Registration rate of overseas covers attendance fee to all sessions, banquet, lunch box and bus transportation to Cairo on August 22nd.

(*1) For the accompanying person, the registration fee includes banquet, lunch box and bus transportation to Cairo on August 22nd.

(*2) For the registration from Africa, the registration fee includes lunch box, bus transportation to Cairo on August 22nd.
     Plase note that Banquet not included. If you would like to attend the banquet, please sign up.


■Change of registration details / Cancellation of participation:
　Until July 20th, 2025, 23:59 (JST)

■Cancellation Policy:
　The paid fees will not be refunded for any reasons after July 20th 2025 (JST).
 

How to Register
　

1. Click the 'New Registration' button to open the online registration form.
2. Fill in the online form and select your payment method on 'My Page'.
　 You can pay the fees by credit card (see below).
3. After selecting your payment method, please complete the payment process.
4. Once you have completed the payment, your registration will be confirmed as complete.
 

Payment Method
Payment of fees (JPY) can be made as follows:

Credit Card: Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, Diners Club


Invitation Letter for Visa
If you require a visa to enter Egypt, we strongly recommend that you complete the necessary procedures at Embassy of Egypt at least one month before your trip.  Please contact the secretariat after payment if you would like an invitation letter.
 

Receipt

The receipt of registration fee will be uploaded on each user's 'My Page' after the conference.
