How to make a Hotel Reservation

  1. Carefully read all the information on this page before continuing with your reservation.
  2. Be sure to check the cancellation policy.
  3. Have your credit card ready. You must provide this information in order to reserve a room.
  4. All registrations and reservations made on this website require a valid e-mail address. A confirmation / acknowledgement of your booking will be sent to you immediately upon completion of the online process. *In case you do NOT recieve it in the day, please contact e.ito@keio-kanko.co.jp*
  5. To make a new booking, and fill in the form.
  6. Complete your registration and book your hotel room on-line now and receive instant confirmation by e-mail. By printing this message with confirmation, you could directly check in at the your hotel without any vouchers or coupons.
  7. Please pay us the fee by 15th August 2018 (JST) by credit card.
  8. Please check in at a hotel under your name. Have a nice stay in JAPAN.
- Confirmation / Changes / Cancellations -
  • For change and cancel, please login "My account" page.
  • With Account ID and your own password, you can open the "My account" page.
  • You can change or cancel your information (Address,Zip-code,e-mail address,phone,fax)  and booking, until 31 Aug 2018 (JST), the date of deadline,  available to change or cancellations on this website. 
  • But changing names are NOT allowed. please you cancel your original reservation, and rebook.
  • For confirmation of your information, please login your account page. 
  • In addition, for cancellations received within 20 days prior to the arrival date, the following cancellation fees will apply.
