HOW to REGISTER


STEP ①:

To create a "Login ID" for various procedures, follow these steps:

1. Enter the necessary information in the new registration field at the bottom of the page.
2. Once registration is complete, a login ID will be issued.
3. A registration completion email will be sent to the email address you provided.
4. After registering, you can access My Page using your login ID and password.

Your login ID will be required to register, confirm, change, and cancel various procedures from My Page, so please make sure to save it.

STEP ②:
Membership authentication (login to my page)

STEP ③:
Application (tour application).  Please complete the procedure by the deadline.

STEP ④:

To complete the payment procedure, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the bottom of My Page and click on "Go to payment method selection screen."
2. Select "Card Payment" as your payment method.

Make sure to complete the payment process as instructed.

STEP ⑤：

Application Completed

Please make your payment using the method displayed on the payment procedure screen.

*Note: Your application is not complete until the payment has been successfully processed. Simply applying for the tour does not finalize your application.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The registration fee will be fully refunded, minus a credit card fee, if you cancel before May 15 (JST).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 15 (JST).

7.　If customers request to have their personal information disclosed, Keio Travel will respond to theirrequests for disclosure, revision, suspension of use, etc. within the reasonably possible scope.
