All speakers are required to register on or before December 30, 2025 to present their papers at the conference. If not, the papers will not be included in the conference proceedings nor Procedia CIRP.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be made online by February 17, 2026 5:00 pm (JST).

If you are unable to attend and wish to request a refund, a cancellation fee will apply based on the date of your request:

  • Until February 3, 2026 (JST):
    A cancellation fee of 10% of the registration fee will be charged.

  • From February 4 to February 17, 2026 (JST):
    A cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee will be charged.

  • On or after February 18, 2026 (JST):
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations, including no-shows.

    ※ The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on our working hours (Monday through Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm [Japan time] except for national holidays.) After the working hours, cancellation will be made on our next working day.
     

How to Register
　

1.   Click the 'New Registration' button to create your account.
2.   Go to "My Page" and complete the online registration form with the required information
3.   Choose your preferred payment method. Please follow the steps to complete the payment.
4.   After your payment is successfully processed, your registration will be finalized.


Payment Method
Payment of fees (JPY) can be made as follows:

・Credit Card: Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, Diners Club

・Bank transfer (Please ensure that you cover any bank remittance charges on your end.)
　※ The payment must be completed by February 3rd following your registration.


Invitation Letter for Visa
If you need a visa to enter Japan, we strongly recommend that you complete the necessary procedures with the Japanese Embassy at least one month prior to your trip.
To apply for a visa, you will need a letter of invitation from the organizer. To receive an invitation letter, please send your request to CIRP LCE 2026 / CIRP Design 2026 after completing the registration process and payment on this page.
