Guidelines

How to Register
　

1. Click the 'New Registration' button to open the online registration form.
2. Fill in the online form and select your payment method on 'My Page'. You can pay the registration fees by credit card or bank transfer.
3. After selecting your payment method, please complete the payment process.
4. Once you have completed the payment, your registration will be confirmed as complete.

Payment Methods
Payment of registration fees (JPY) can be made as follows:

Credit Card: Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, Diners Club
Bank Transfer

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will not be refunded for any reasons after Oct.10.

Invitation Letter for Visa
If you need a visa to enter Japan, we strongly recommend that you complete the necessary procedures with the Japanese Embassy at least one month prior to your trip. To apply for a visa, you will need a letter of invitation from us. To receive an invitation letter, please complete the registration process first on this page. Once you have registered, you will receive an email address where you can request an invitation letter.
