How to make a registration

  • Carefully read all the information on this page before continuing with your registration.
  • Be sure to check the cancellation policy.
  • Have your credit card ready; You must provide inorder information to complete the registration.
  • All registrations made on this website require a valid email address. A confirmation / acknowledgement of your registration will be sent to you immediately upon completion of the online process.
  • To make a new registration, fill in the form, register for the main conference, the conference dinner, the GNTH conference or the Hospital tour and choose your lunch option.
  • Complete your registration online now and receive instant confirmation by email.
  • After the registration is completed, payment procedures will be required within My page. Please complete the payment by the deadline.
  • Have a nice conference in JAPAN.

- Confirmation / Changes / Cancellations -
  • For change of your registration, please access to this site and log-in to your My page.
  • Please note that we cannot refund your fee for cancellations after October 1st, 2024! (JST)
  • Using your Login ID and your own password, you can open your account page.
  • You can update your information (address, email address, phone) from your account page.
  • However, changing names is NOT allowed. If you want to change your name, please cancel your original registration and make a new booking.
  • For confirmation of your registration, please log in to your account page. With your Login ID and password, you can review an existing reservation.

Cancellation Fee and refund


Please note that we cannot refund your fee for cancellations after October 1st, 2024! (JST). Before October 1st there is a cancellation fee of 10,000 JPY.

When you cancel a reservation, we refund the amount to the credit card you used to make the reservation. However, we deduct the cancellation fee from this refund. The refund and the cancellation fee are processed simultaneously.

Due to the credit card company’s billing cycle, the refund process might start immediately but could take 2-3 months to complete. During this period, you might notice a temporary double charge (cancellation fee and registration fee) on your account.

For example, if you paid an application fee of 60,000 JPY and then cancelled, incurring a 10,000 JPY cancellation fee, you would first pay the 10,000 JPY fee. Afterward, you would receive a refund of 60,000 JPY.

For the exact refund date, please contact your credit card company directly.

Basic Policy on the Protection of Personal Information (Privacy Policy)
The corporate mission of Keio Travel Agency Co., Ltd. 2. Keio Travel manages all customers’ personal information properly and responsibly within the company’s personal information administrative structure.

3. Keio Travel takes action to prevent leakage, loss, and falsification of personal information, and takes the necessary safety measures accordingly.

4. Before providing customers’ personal information to third parties, Keio Travel obtains customers’ consent in advance, unless otherwise required by laws, and properly provides only the minimum amount of information required.

5. Keio Travel has established company regulations regarding the protection and handling of personal information in accordance with the various laws and regulations regarding personal information, and strives to observe them.

6. Keio Travel conducts employee training and audits company regulations to ensure that the company regulations regarding personal information are being observed.

7. If customers request to have their personal information disclosed, Keio Travel will respond to their requests for disclosure, revision, suspension of use, etc. within the reasonably possible scope.
