These tour conditions constitute part of the explanatory documents of the terms and conditions stipulated in Article 12-4 and the contract documents stipulated in Article 12-5 of the Travel Agency Act.
この書面は旅行業法第12条の4に定める取引条件書面及び契約が締結された場合は同法12条の5に定める契約書面の一部になります。

This tour is arranged by Keio Travel Agency Co., Ltd. (1-54-2, Hatsudai, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Commissioner of Japan Tourism Agency Registered Travel Agency No.10, hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Clients who participate in this tour shall conclude an agent-organized tour contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Tour Contract").
The terms and conditions of the Tour Contract are composed of the brochure, these tour conditions, the final documents (coupon or final itinerary) and the section of the agent-organized tour contract in the standard terms and conditions of tour contracts of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Terms and Conditions").

東京都渋谷区初台1-54-2観光庁長官登録旅行業第10号(以下「当社」といいます。)が旅行を企画して実施するものでありこの旅行に参加されるお客様は当社と募集型企画旅行契約(以下「旅行契約」という)を締結することになります。旅行契約の内容、条件は当パンフレットの記載内容・旅行条件書・確定書面(クーポン券類又は最終日程表)ならびに当社旅行業約款募集型企画旅行契約の部(以下「当社約款」という)によります。
 

1.  Application for Tour and Tour Contract / 当社のお申込み及び旅行契約の成立
   (1) When applying, clients are required to provide the necessary information in the formal application together with the application deposit per person to the Company The application deposit is treated as the part or all of the “tour price”, ”cancellation fee”, and “penalty charge”. The Company may accept reservation applications for Tour Contracts by telephone, mail, facsimile, e-mail and other means of communication. In such cases, the contract does not come into effect at the time of the reservation. The Tour Contract comes into effect when the Company agree to the conclusion of the contract and receive the application deposit. Clients are required to confirm the contents of the application and pay the application deposit within 3 days counting from the day after the day when the Company notify the client of acceptance of the reservation.
   (1)　当社所定の申込み書に所定の事項を記入の上、お１人様につき下記の申込み金を添えてお申込みください。申込み金は「旅行代金」「取消料」「違約料」の一部又は全部として取り扱います。また、当社は電話、郵便及びファクシミリ、Ｅメールその他の方法による旅行契約の予約を受け付けます。この場合、予約の時点では旅行契約は成立しておらず、当社が予約を承諾する旨を通知した日の翌日から起算して３日以内に所定の申込み書と申込み金を提出していただきます。
   
   (2) When a person responsible for the contract as a representative of an organization or group applies for a tour, the Company shall regard the representative as having all authorization to conclude or cancel the contract.
   (2)　当社は、団体・グループを構成する複数のお客様が責任ある代表者(以下、「契約責任者」という)を定めた場合、契約の締結・解除等に関する一切の代理権を契約責任者が有しているものとみなし、その団体・グループに係る旅行業務に関する取引は、契約責任者との間で行います。
   
   (3) The Tour Contract comes into effect when the Company receive the application deposit.
   (3)　旅行契約は、当社が契約を承諾し、申込み金を受領した時に成立するものとします。
   
   (4) Clients under 20 years of age must provide the Company with the written consent of their guardian.
   (4)　未成年の方は親権者の同意書が必要です。

2. Payment of Tour Price / 旅行代金のお支払い
   The tour price shall be paid no later than on the 14th day counting back from the day before the departure date of the tour. If an application is made on or after the 13th day counting back from the day before the departure date of the tour, the tour price shall be paid before departure and by the date designated by the Company. Tour prices are not subject to disability discounts.
   旅行代金は旅行開始日の前日から起算してさかのぼって14日目にあたる日より前にお支払いいただきます。これ以降のお申込みの場合は、旅行開始日前の当社が指定する期日までにお支払いいただきます。身障害割引等の適用はありません。
    
3. Not Included in the Tour Price / 旅行代金に含まれないもの
   The tour price does not include the cost of travel between the client’s place of residence and the tour departure/conclusion point, the cost of accommodation, the cost of food and beverages, nor expenses of a personal nature.
   ご自宅と集合・解散地間の交通費や宿泊費・飲食費及び個人的性質の諸費用は含まれません。
    
4. Cancellation Fees / 取消料
   (1)   If a client cancels the tour for personal reasons after the conclusion of the Tour Contract, the client shall pay the cancellation fees described in the below list and clients remaining in the tour shall pay the balance of additional per room costs associated with the change in number of participants. The below cancellation fees also apply if a client cancels travel or if the number of tour applicants is partially reduced.
   (1)　旅行契約の成立後、お客様のご都合で旅行を取り消しされる場合には旅行代金に対してお1人につき次の料率で取消料をいただきます。宿泊を伴うコースの場合、ご参加のお客様からは1室ご利用人数の変更に対する差額代金をそれぞれいただきます。お客様のご都合で旅行開始日あるいはコースを変更される場合、また、申込人数から一部の人数を取消される場合も、下記取消料の対象になします。

   Cancellation fees prescribed for tours involving accommodation stays apply to all tours and travel involving exclusive group bookings, including day return tours and travel.
   日帰りであっても、団体貸切の場合は「宿泊」を含むコースの取引規定を適用します。
   
   (2) If a client fails to pay the tour price by the due date, the Company will consider that the client has cancelled the Tour Contract as of the day following the due date, and the client shall pay a penalty charge equal to the amount of the cancellation fees.
   (2)旅行代金が期日までに支払われないときは、当社は当該期日においてお客様が旅行契約を解除したものとし、上記の料率で違約料をいただきます。
    
5. Correspondence Contract　通信契約の旅行条件
   The Company may accept an application for the tour from a card holder (hereinafter referred to as a “Card Holder”) of a credit card issued by the Company or credit card companies with which the Company have an alliance (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliated Companies”) under the condition that the tour price and cancellation fee may be paid without the Card Holder’s signature (“Communications Contract”). The terms and conditions of the Communications Contract are different from the usual terms and conditions of the tour. (Some travel sales agents may be unable to process such applications. Also, the types of cards accepted may differ depending on the travel sales agent used.)
   当社は、当社が発行するカード又は当社らが提携するクレジットカード会社、(以下「提携会社」)にカード会員(以下「会員」)より「会員の署名なくして旅行代金や取消料等の支払を受ける」こと(以下「通信契約」)を条件に旅行のお申込みを受ける場合があります。通信契約の旅行条件は通常の旅行条件と異なります。(受託旅行業者により当該取扱ができない場合があります。また、取扱可能なカードの種類も受託旅行業者により異なります。
    
6. Adult, Child A, Child B, and Infant Classifications / 大人・子供・幼児・乳児の区分

   Adult / おとな	ages 12 and up	Child B / 幼児	ages 3 to under 6 years old
   Child A / こども	ages 6 to under 12 years old	Infant / 乳児	under 3 years old

   
   (1)If the number of Child B and Infant participants accompanying an Adult or a Child A participant exceeds one, Child A fees will apply to the second and subsequent Child B / Infant participants.
   (1)「おとな」または「こども」1人に同行される「幼児」「乳児」の人数が1人を超える場合2人目から「こども」料金が必要です。
   
   (2) Child A fees apply to Child B and Infant participants who occupy a seat.
   (2)「幼児」「乳児」でも座席を利用する場合は「こども」料金が必要です。
   
   (3) For any all-you-can-eat dining incorporated into the itinerary, Child A fees apply to all non-Adult participants aged 3 and up, unless otherwise specified in the tour information.
   (3)行程上に食べ放題が組み込まれている場合は、コースに明記されていない限り3歳以上より「こども」料金が必要です。
   
   (4) If any fee-charging establishments/facilities are visited as part of the itinerary, the client shall pay any fees applicable to Child B and Infant participants, including those treated as non-paying tour participants, directly to the establishments/facilities on the day of the visit.
   (4)「幼児」「乳児」が無料扱いでも行程上の有料施設において料金の必要な場合は当日お客様が直接料金をお支払いください。
   
   (5) The client must inform the Company, in advance of the tour, of any Child B or Infant participants who will be accompanying the client. Boarding of the tour vehicle may be denied in the absence of such advance notice.
   (5)「幼児」「乳児」をご同行のお客様は必ず事前にお知らせください。あらかじめお知らせのない場合は乗車をお断りすることがあります。ご了承願います。
   
   (6) “Facility-use fees” apply even to Child B and Infant guests at some accommodation facilities (within Japan). In such cases, the client is to pay these fees directly to the establishment on the day.
   (6)「幼児」「乳児」でも宿泊施設(国内)によっては、「施設使用料」がかかることがあります。この場合は、当日お客様が直接料金をお支払いください。
    
7. Cancellation before Departure by Company / 旅行の取りやめ
   When the minimum number of participants stipulated by the Company in the brochure has not been reached, the company may cancel the Tour Contract. In such cases, the Company shall notify the clients of tour cancellation no later than on the 13th day (3rd day for one-day tours) before the day preceding the tour departure date.
   お申込み人員がパンフレットに記載した最少催行人員に満たないときは旅行の実施を取りやめることがあります。この場合、旅行開始日の前日から起算してさかのぼって13日目にあたる日より前までに、また日帰り旅行にあっては3日目にあたる日より前までに旅行を中止する旨を通知します。
    
8. Tour Conductors / 添乗員
   Tour Conductors will accompany all tours.
   同行いたします。
    
9. Minimum Number of participants / 最少催行人員
   The minimum number of participants is 25, unless otherwise specified in the tour information
   コース表に明示ないかぎり25名。
    
10. Handling of Personal Information / 個人情報の取り扱いについて
    (1) We use personal information provided to us in the course of booking travel as follows. In addition to using it to contact you, we use it within the scope necessary to arrange and receive services from accommodation, transportation, and other providers to fulfill your travel booking.
    (1)当社は、申込書に記載された個人情報について、お客様との連絡のために利用させていただくほか、お申込いただいた旅行における運送・宿泊機関等が提供するサービスの手配・受領のための手続に必要な範囲内で利用させていただきます。
    
    (2) In addition, we may also use your personal information to notify you of promotional campaigns for our products and services, to solicit opinions and comments regarding travel, to conduct questionnaire surveys regarding travel, and so on.
    (2)このほか当社では、当社の商品やサービス・キャンペーンのご案内、旅行に対するご意見やご感想提供やアンケートのお願いなどのためにお客様の個人情報を利用させていただくことがあります。
     
11. Clients with Special Needs / 特別な配慮を必要とする方
    Certain clients may require special assistance or arrangements not provided for in the Company’s travel arrangements. The Company will discuss such requirements with the client. Please refer to the terms and conditions in the separate “Company Terms and Conditions ” document and notify the Company when making a tour application.
    お客様の状況によっては、当初の手配内容に含まれていない特別な配慮・措置が必要になる可能性があります。必要な方はご相談させていただきますので、別途お渡しする「ご旅行条件書」に記載のお申込み条件を確認の上、必ずお申し出ください。
     
12. Other　その他
    (1) Under no circumstances will the Company re-conduct a tour.
    (1)当社はいかなる場合も旅行の再実施はいたしません。
    
    (2) The name of the charter bus company to be used for tours appearing in this pamphlet will be given in the final tour documents to be provided to clients by the day before departure.
    (2)このパンフレットに記載のコースの貸切バス会社名は出発前日までに確定書面にてお知らせします。
    
    (3) These travel terms and conditions are current as of January 1, 2017. Travel fees are based on fares/rules in effect as of January 1, 2017.
    (3)この旅行条件は平成29年4月1日を基準としております。又、旅行代金は平成29年4月1日現在の有効な運賃・規則を基準として算出しております。
