Registration

＜ New Registration ＞ 

Please check your registration fee here.

＜ Modification / Cancellation ＞ Modification and Cancellation : Until Aug 17 (Wed), 2022, JST
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 　※You can register in Period Ⅲ but no modification and cancellation in PeriodⅢ.

How to Register
　

1. Click the 'Registration' button to open the online registration input form.
　 ※SCEJ Individual member is required to input the "Discount code".
　 　 If you have any question about "Discount code", Please ask to the Organizing committee.
2. Fill in the online form and select a payment methods in your 'my page'.
　 you can pay a registration fee by bank transfer or by credit card. (※PeriodⅢ can pay only credit card.)
3. After select a payment methods, Please complete your payment.
4. If you have done your payment, The registration is completed.
 

Payment Methods
Payment of registration fees (JPY) can be made as follows:

Credit Card: Visa, Master, Amex 
Bank transfer
* Please kindly bear the bank remitting charges concerned on your own. 
* You need to pay the fee within ten days after your registration. 

Cancellation policy
Registration fees will not be refunded for any reasons after Aug 18.


Subsidy from Nagano Convention & Visitors Bureau
The Meeting will receive a subsidy from Nagano Convention & Visitors Bureau. Accomodation in Nagano City is encouraged. The Name and Prefecture (or Country) of the attendee will be provided to Nagano Convention&Visitors Bureau.
