Preprints will be opened on the SCEJ web page from Aug 28. ＜ Modification / Cancellation ＞ Modification and Cancellation : Until Aug. 7th (Wed), 2024, JST ※You can register in Period Ⅲ but no modification and cancellation in PeriodⅢ. 《 Banquet (Buffet style) 》 We are going to hold the banquet at Sep.12th, 2024, 18:00~ There is a limitation in the number of people who can participate in the banquet. *Japanese-Western style buffet. We are sorry but special requests cannot be accommodated. *The event may be cancellede in order to stop the spread of Covid-19 or any other viral infections. ・Date：Sep.12th (Thu), 2024, 18:30~ ・Venue：Cafeteria Hokubu Shokudo in the Campus.
1. Click the 'Registration' button to open the online registration form. ※SCEJ Individual member is required to enter the "Discount code". If you have any question about "Discount code", Please ask to the Organizing committee. 2. Enter the online form and select a payment methods in your 'my page'. you can pay a registration fee by bank transfer or by credit card. (※PeriodⅢ can pay only credit card.) 3. After select a payment methods, Please complete your payment. 4. If you have done your payment, The registration is completed. ※After you have completed your registration, you could be able to obtain a conference registration card from My Page (after Sep 2). Please print it out and bring it to the venue. (If you cannot print it, ask the staff on the Reception desk.)
