Please check your registration fee here. 《Banquet》 Banquet will be held on September 15th at 17:00~ There is a limitation in the number of people who can participate in the banquet. * The banquet will feature a Japanese-Western style buffet. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate special dietary requests. * The event may be cancelled in order to stop the spread of Covid-19 or any other viral infections. ・Date: Sep 15th (TUE) 2026, 17:00~18:30 ・Venue: West 2 Cafeteria, Hiroshima University Higashi Hiroshima Campus（Standing buffet party） 《Change of registration details / Cancellation》 Until Aug 17th (MON) 2026, JST ※You can register in PeriodⅢ, but no change of registration details and cancellation in PeriodⅢ.
1. Click the 'New Registration' button to open the online registration form. ※SCEJ Individual member is required to enter the "Discount code". If you have any question about "Discount code", Please ask to the Organizing committee. 2. Enter the online form and select a payment methods in your 'my page'. you can pay the fees by bank transfer or by credit card. (※PeriodⅢ can pay only credit card.) 3. After selecting your payment method, Please complete payment process. 4. Once you have completed the payment, your registration will be confirmed as complete. ※After you have completed your registration, you could be able to obtain Name Card from My Page (after Sep 7). Please print it out and bring it to the venue.
