Change of registration details / Cancellation : Until Feb 17th (Tue), 2026, JST ※You can register in Period Ⅲ, please note that you can not change your registration details and cancel in Period Ⅲ. 《Banquet (Buffet Style)》 Banquet will be held at March 18th (Wed). There is a limitation in the number of people who can participate in the banquet. ※ The Banquet will be held Japanese-Western style buffet. We are sorry that special requests can not be accommodated. ※ The Banquet may be cancelled in order to stop the spread of Covid-19 or any other viral infections. ・Date : March 18th (Wed) 2026, 18:15~19:45 ・Venue : Miyako Messe (Okazaki Seishojicho, Sakyo-ku, Kyoto-shi, Kyoto)

If you have any question about "Discount code", Please ask to the Organizing committee. 2. Enter the online form and select a payment methods in your 'My Page'. you can pay the fees by bank transfer or by credit card. (※PeriodⅢ can pay only credit card.) 3. After selecting your payment method, Please complete payment process. 4. Once you have completed the payment, your registration will be confirmed as complete. ※You could be able to obtain a conference registration card from My Page (after Mar 9). Please print it out and bring it to the venue.
