Dear Sports Climbing International participants, 

Welcome to the official hotel reservation site for IFSC Climbing World Championships Hachioji 2019. We, KEIO TRAVEL AGENCY, are pleased to help you with accommodation during your stay in Japan.

Please note that there are no hotels in the very vicinity of the venue. However, we would like to introduce you to the facilities at a reasonable distance and convenient access to the Hazama station where the event will take place. The hotels are classified by grade and the booking system works at first-come-first-served-basis. Therefore, please proceed to the application as soon as possible in order to be able to reserve your first choice.

This booking system is limited to reservations between August 8 and August 23. For any additional booking requests you may consult us directly through e-mail at climbing@keio-kanko.co.jp 

This booking service is not limited only to athletes. It is available for the accompanying persons and the media as well. 

The hotel booking system will be available until July 12, 2019.

We look forward to your reservation!
 

1.   Create an account and register your information such as country, name and email address.
2.   Reserve hotel rooms from your account with your account ID and password. You may check room availability and hotel details on this page.
3.   Log into "My Account", choose your preferred payment method and proceed to the payment. Make sure to complete the payment before July 12.
4.   You can directly check in at a hotel under your name without any vouchers. Have a nice stay in Japan!

 

• You can view, change, and cancel your reservation from your account.
• Be sure to check the cancellation policy. For cancellation received within 3 days prior to the check-in date, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

This year we are organizing sightseeing/culture experience tours during and after the event. We have prepared 3 model courses you may check through this page, and apply for them once the tournament schedule is fixed. You may choose between Local cultural tour of Hachioji City, Metropolitan Tokyo City tour, and Mount Fuji tour. Additionally, we will provide half-day programs which we will be promoting at Keio Travel Agency tour desk at the venue. For more details, you may contact us through climbing@keio-kanko.co.jp
