* The tax is included in the price. Notice: Half of the registration fee for JSME member who attend both symposiums will be exempted the tax.
* Please check the web site of the Combustion Society of Japan for details on joining the society. Membership to the Combustion Society of Japan will also be accepted at the symposium venue (please have your student ID if you are enrolling as a student member).
* As a privilege of registration for non-member students, you can acquire the student membership (until End of March 2024.) If you wish to become a student membership, please check "I wish to become a student member (until End of March 2024) of the Combustion Society of Japan" on the registration form.
* The electronic downloadable version of the Proceedings is free for both members and non-members. The URL and password for downloading will be provided to every participants. 　
　The CD version of the proceedings will be sold for 10,000 yen. Please ask at the registration desk during the symposium or contact the Executive Committee after the symposium.

* For those who registered after November 5, payment will be made only by credit card.
* Please kindly bear the bank remitting charges concerned on your own. 

Cancellation policy

You could cancel your registration until November 4 (23:59/JST) in your account page.
Please contact us to refund your registration fee.
* We will refund the amount after deducting the transfer fee accompanying refund. 
* If you have paid by bank transfer, please inform us of the financial account.
* Credit card payments will be refunded to the registered credit card.
Registration fees will not be refunded for any reasons after November 5.
