Q. How can I check my Login ID?
A. We informed your Login ID in a auto-rep email after your application is completed. Please check your email box whether you receive an e-mail from "tokyo-onkon@t-bunka.jp"
If auto-reply mail does not reach you please contact us by one of the following contact information.

Q. I forgot my password.
A. Please click to check "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of Login button.

Q. I would like to change/confirm/cancel my application.
A. After logged-in to "My page", you can change/confirm/cancel your information.

Q. I don't receive an auto-reply mail although my application is completed.
A. It supposed to be causes as follows:

filled in an wrong e-mail address.
Auto-reply mail is rejected due to the configuration of the receiving mail system.
The message is being sorted into the spam folder or another folder.

Auto-reply mail is sent via "tokyo-onkon@t-bunka.jp". We recommend that you set your mail system to allow reception from the above e-mail address.

Q. I can't update my documents via the application form.
A. Please re-confirm the file extension and size.
extension: .jpg、.jpeg、.gif、.png、.xlsx、.xls、.docx、.doc、.pptx、.ppt、.pdf、.zip
Maximum File Size: 10MB

Q．How can I pay the entry fee?
A. You can proceed payment process from Monday, May 23, 2022 (Japanese Standard Time) in "My Page".
