VSJ Member refers to members of the Visualization Society of Japan.
Accompanying Person includes a symposium banquet at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo on June 23, 2025.

＜ REFUNDS / CANCELLATION ＞

After June 1, 2025, no refunds will be issued for cancellations of any type, including no-shows.
Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another person until May 31, 2025 without incurring a cancellation charge.
 

How to Register
　

1. Click the 'Registration' button to open the online registration form.
2. Enter the online form and select a payment method in 'My Page'.
　 You can pay your registration fee by credit card.
3. After selecting a payment methods, please complete your payment.
4. Once your payment is completed, your registration will be finalized.
5. The link to accommodation booking with rates exclusive to ISFV21 can be accessed on the "My Page" of the registration website after you complete online registration.

Payment of registration fees (JPY) can be made as follows:

  Invitation Letter for Visa
If you need a visa to enter Japan, we strongly recommend that you complete the necessary procedures with the Japanese Embassy at least one month prior to your trip. To apply for a visa, you will need a letter of invitation from the organizer. To receive an invitation letter, please complete the registration process and payment on this page by April 15, 2025.

7.　If customers request to have their personal information disclosed, Keio Travel will respond to their requests for disclosure, revision, suspension of use, etc. within the reasonably possible scope.
